Barbara Evans Knight, Attorney at Law, founded our practice in 1995 which was initially located on Cunningham Drive in Hampton, Virginia as a Sole Proprietorship. In 2009, we incorporated under the name of Evans-Yosief-Law Firm, LLC, located on Hardy Cash Drive. Subsequently, in 2015 we were renamed to Evans Knight Law Firm, LLC. In January 2023 we moved to our current location at 1919 Commerce Drive, Suite 470 in Hampton.
Our primary area of practice is Social Security Disability Law.
We represent Social Security Disability Claimants in Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida.
